How can I order TicketCreator?

You can order TicketCreator comfortably in the share-it! online shop.


When will I receive my license key?

You will get your your license key by email as soon as your payment has been received (depending on your bank). Orders by credit card or PayPal are normally processed immediately. Payments by wire transfer are processed by your bank in 1-2 working days.


I have installed the trial version. Do I have to re-install TicketCreator after buying?

No, just start the trial version and enter the license key to convert the trial into the full version. You can continue to use all locations and events created in the trial version.


How can I contact the share-it! customer service?

If you have questions concerning the ordering you can contact the share-it! customer service with the contact form. Make the appropriate pre-selection for your question. The message will then be forwarded to the responsible department answered as quickly as possible.

How secure is the order process?

The share-it! order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Our servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption.
